CPL Concept is founded by Chi-Ping Liu. Grown up in his parents restaurant, the kitchen was his second living room and he spent a lot of time in there. He had the opportunity to learn the fine techniques of Chinese cooking from his father.

His interests were not limited to the Chinese cuisine and Chi was eager to get more familiar with other cultures and styles. Chi was interested in all items associated with food. Every tv cooking show was acknowledged as free education. When Chi travels around the world, the first thing he would check are the local food items & the best food locations, rather than the must see hotspots to visit.

Chi love to go to high end restaurants but is as satisfied to discover the most delicious snacks at a street food counter. At the end, it is all about discovering new tastes, techniques and experiences.

CPL Concept will be focusing on food concepts in all variety. Tasting will be Asian inspired with traditional and modern cooking techniques. Private cooking, catering assignments, pop up concepts and many more. CPL Concept would love to be part of it all. Main priority is to keep developing new tastes and experiences.
